What to expect at your first appointment?
Typically, the first visit you can expect to be with your provider for 1-1.5 hours.
Please be sure to bring your insurance card and photo ID to your first appointment.
Our forms all sent electronically and will need to be completed more than 24 hours prior to the visit.
Our friendly providers will talk with you to assess your situation, review pertinent history, and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan.
Follow up appointments are typically 30-45 minute visits and frequency is dependent on the treatment plan established with your provider.
